Meet Your Coach

Hey, I’m Janine, the heart behind YouRevolution, I’m a Health and Fitness Enthusiast Personal trainer and Yoga Teacher, with a background honours degree in Psychology, and have completed multiple other health and wellbeing certificates in the process of becoming who I am today but truthfully, my biggest qualification and greatest teacher has been becoming a mum.
​
Motherhood has taught me more about resilience, patience, and self-care than anything else. I know first hand how exhausting and overwhelming it can feel to juggle family, work, and endless responsibilities, while also trying to look after your own health, both mentally and physically.
​
I’ve been there myself. For three years, I raised my little boy on my own from 9 months old (crucial but exhausting years) while trying to build a business from scratch. I moved to my hometown in Scotland from Australia after a breakup, fearful of what my future may old as a single parent but also a drive of determination that no matter what I will create a good life for me and my son. There were days I felt burnt out, full of self-doubt, and wondered if I could keep going, but I did and still do. And that’s why I’m so passionate about showing other women and mums that you can do hard things too and you to deserve to feel good and live your best life not just for everyone else but for YOU.

That’s why I have created YouRevolution Yoga & Fitness where I am creating a place for women and mums to prioritise their health without the guilt and put themselves first for oncee. Through yoga fitness, nutrition, mindset coaching, and building a supporting community of like-minded women.
I help you build strength, energy, and confidence, so you can thrive in every area of your life, especially at home with your family, where it matters most, but also beyond that, I show you how capable you really are and how much you really can do and achieve when you make yourself a priority too.
